Following seven years of military service, Joel heard the call of God for his life, "Shepherd My People". In answering this call he has pastored congregations in Arkansas and Kentucky. Pastor League graduated from Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, KY, earning a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree. Joel and his wife, Carol, have two children and seven grandchildren.
