Sandy Stephens was born in upstate New York, grew up in Chattanooga, TN and now resides in Ringgold, GA. She graduated from Chattanooga State with a degree in Graphic Advertising. Sandy has had a love of photography since she was a young girl. As a child, she loved to look at her dad's camera and pretend to take pictures with it. While in high school, Sandy took photography classes and even had a make shift dark room in her family's bathroom. When her great nephew Aiden's 1st
birthday was approaching, Sandy wanted to create something different, unique, and special to give him. She didn't want to give him a typical gift but an experience he could always cherish. After much thought, Sandy decided to combine two of her favorite things; photography and animals and turn it into a book. This is how WHO AM I? came to life. With the encouragement and support of her family and friends, Sandy decided to publish the book.
